[02] QSCORE · DIAGNOSTIC

One number. Nine areas. Zero ambiguity.

QScore quantifies digital marketing performance into a single normalized score from 0 to 100, benchmarked against industry and geography, adjusted for consistency, and transparent about its own confidence.

METHODOLOGY · V7

A score you can defend in a board meeting.

  • 01
    Min-Max normalization

    Produces the intuitive 0–100 scale every stakeholder understands, benchmarked against industry peers.

  • 02
    Z-score statistical check

    Catches outliers, detects gaming, and keeps distributions statistically honest.

  • 03
    Stability Factor

    Volatile performance is penalized. Two brands with the same average do not score the same.

  • 04
    Confidence Index

    Thin data is disclosed, not hidden. Low confidence downgrades the recommendation weight.

// QScore final formula
QScore = Σ AreaScore × Weight × StabilityFactor

// Confidence
Confidence = DataCompleteness × APIReliability × SampleSizeFactor

// Predictive Growth Index
PGI = 0.30·MediaEff + 0.25·Creative

[03] OPERATING PRINCIPLES

We refuse to ship features that guess.

PRINCIPLE · 01

Intelligence before action

No recommendation ships without statistical grounding. If the data is thin, we say so — and adjust the Confidence Index.

PRINCIPLE · 02

AI that executes, not recommends

Most MarTech stops at the suggestion. QineticOS acts within your guardrails, logs every before/after state, and defers to humans only when confidence drops.

PRINCIPLE · 03

One loop, three entry points

Start wherever you are. A free QScore. A self-serve QineticOS. A managed Digicrats Services engagement. The loop compounds across all three.

[04] QINETICOS PLATFORM

Ten modules, designed as one system.

Three flagship engines. Seven core modules. One data model, one identity graph, one audit log, one AI substrate. Modules plug into the event bus — never brittle integrations.

Brief expansion, creative variants, media plan drafting, campaign builds, optimization runs, performance analysis, reporting — the kind of work AI is now demonstrably better and faster at.

THE LOOP

Every engagement compounds

Every services engagement leaves signal in QineticOS. The next engagement starts smarter. The loop is not decorative — it is why the stack gets better on your data over time.

[08] COMPANY

We built this because no one else would.

Built by operators, for operators.

Marketing teams in 2026 still operate across a dozen tools that do not talk to each other, make decisions without statistical grounding, and claim AI while shipping dashboards. We decided that was not acceptable.

[09] FAQ

Questions we get, answered plainly.

Q01How long is the setup from zero to first QScore?+
For D2C brands with GA4 + Meta + Google Ads: typically 48–72 hours. For enterprise tenants with custom data pipelines: 2 to 4 weeks including CDP stitching and RBAC configuration.
Q02Does QineticOS replace my existing tools?+
In most cases, yes — five to eight tools consolidate into QineticOS. We also support coexistence during migration: MarTech Attribution can read from your existing stack while CDP and Media Command are stood up.
Q03How does pricing work?+
Enterprise tiering based on tenant count, data volume (events/month), and module activation. No per-seat fee — RBAC is unbounded. Detailed pricing on the demo call.
Q04Where is my data stored?+
Multi-region cloud infrastructure with regional selection available for Indonesia, Singapore, and EU. Server-side CDP is first-party by default. You own the raw data and export at will.
Q05Is the AI actually autonomous, or just recommendations?+
Both — you choose per workflow. Full autonomy within hard-cap guardrails (AI acts, logs, reports), approval-gated autonomy (AI prepares, human approves), or recommendation-only (AI suggests, human executes).
Q06How do you prevent the AI from making bad decisions?+
Three layers: hard-cap guardrails (budget, audience, brand compliance) that cannot be crossed; statistical confidence gating (low confidence → AI proposes instead of acts); and before/after state logging with instant rollback.
Q07What if my QScore is low — is that embarrassing?+
No. A low QScore is a prioritized action list. Most teams we work with start between 40 and 60. The point is not the starting score — it is the trajectory.
THREE PATHS · ONE GROWTH STACK
